Will Sanby know the difference between an emergency and a quote call?

Yes. The bot is trained on the language Australian customers use — 'no power', 'switchboard tripping', 'smoke from the outlet', 'I think I smelled burning' get triaged as urgent and you get an SMS within seconds. 'Wanting a quote on a few extra power points' gets booked as a regular consultation slot, no escalation. You set the threshold per business.

Can it ask the safety questions before I get there?

Yes — and it should. For a 'no power' call Sanby will ask whether the whole street is out, whether they've checked the safety switch, and whether anything was unusual before it happened. That data lands in your SMS so you arrive with context. For 'smoke from an outlet' Sanby will tell the customer to stop using that circuit and not touch the appliance until you arrive.

Does it know about Level 2 work and ASP authorisation?

Sanby knows enough to recognise when a call is about service mains, network connections, or smart-meter installs — and it asks the right qualifying questions to flag those for you separately.
