1. What this is
Sanby is an Australian AI phone receptionist, currently in development. This page is the waitlist. There is no product available to use or buy yet.
By joining the waitlist, you're telling us you'd like to hear from us when Sanby is ready. Nothing more.
2. What you're agreeing to
- The email address you give us is yours, and you're happy for us to email it.
- We'll email you when Sanby is ready for you to try, and maybe once or twice in between if we have something genuinely worth sharing.
- You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email from us or writing to hello@sanby.com.au.
- Our handling of the data you provide is covered in the privacy policy.
3. No warranty, no launch commitment
Sanby might not launch. It might launch late. It might launch differently to what we describe today. Don't make business decisions that depend on Sanby being available at a particular date or price.
The waitlist page is provided as-is, with no warranties of any kind.
4. No account, no charge
Joining the waitlist doesn't create an account, doesn't commit you to buy anything, and doesn't charge you anything. If and when you become a Sanby customer, that will be a separate agreement you actively sign up to.
5. Our brand
The name "Sanby", the Sanby logo, the site copy, and the overall design of this page are ours. Please don't copy them.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute will be handled in an Australian court.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms — especially as Sanby moves from waitlist to a live product. Check this page for the most current version. If we materially change what waitlist members have agreed to, we'll email you.
